Chef de Cuisine Jens Bach has been schooled at some of the elite Danish restaurants with expertise within French cuisine and wine culture and the creativity of New Nordic Cuisine movement.

Jens joined the Culinary Team at HOUNÖ in 2019 and has been travelling worldwide supporting chef training events and exhibitions with his profound industry insights and kitchen efficiency skills.

Edwin Adkins

Product Manager & Chef Support, HOUNÖ

Edwin began his journey in the kitchen before finishing school. He has worked in top kitchens worldwide from London to Sydney to New York and was Sous Chef in the infamous Gordon Ramsay's Tokyo restaurant before continuing his culinary career in Denmark. Since 2013, he has been a CFSP certified demonstration chef in the Culinary Team at HOUNÖ.
