Rasmus Larsen
Rasmus began his exploration of cooking and cuisine at the young age of 14. His diligent and competitive approach during his apprenticeship earned him great recognition, participating in competitions highlighting with being commis at Bocuse d´Or 2001, leading him to become a chef de partie at the esteemed restaurant Oro in Norway – when they gained the Michelin Star recognition.
In 2007, Rasmus joined HOUNÖ, and now as the President of HOUNÖ, he showcases his expertise and proficiency in the industry.

Edwin Adkins
Edwin began his journey in the kitchen before finishing school. He has worked in top kitchens worldwide from London to Sydney to New York and was Sous Chef in the infamous Gordon Ramsay's Tokyo restaurant before continuing his culinary career in Denmark. Since 2013, he has been a CFSP certified demonstration chef in the Culinary Team at HOUNÖ.
